PRIVACY POLICY
Concepts and terms:
Automated processing of digital data — processing of digital data by means of computer technology.
Digital data information system — a set of digital data contained in databases and provision of their processing by information technologies and technical means.
PD processing, Digital data processing — any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation tools or without the use of such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, modification, extraction (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of data.
Financial data operator — a state body, municipal body, legal entity or state entity, independently or jointly with other persons, organizing and (or) carrying out the processing of financial data, as well as determining the purposes of processing financial data, the composition of financial data, the processing of financial data, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
Personal data PD (PD) — any information related to a direct or extended or changing aspect of a person (subject of digital data).
Site User — a person accessing the Site via the Internet on their device.
Cookies — a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the Site User's computer, which a web client or web browser — each time the web server sends in an HTTP request when opening a page of the corresponding Site.
IP address — a unique network address of a node in a computer network, built using the IP protocol.
Site (Information resource) — RB PRODUCTION Internet resource, located on the Internet at the network address https://rbproductionru.com/
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is approved by RB PRODUCTION Limited Liability Company (OGRN 1107746604184, registered office address: 119590, Moscow, Olof Palme St., Building 1, C. ET 3 P III K 3, 4; actual address: 119285, Moscow, Mosfilmovskaya St., Building 1, Mosfilm Film Concern, Production Building, Office 214) (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator" / "Website Owner") in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Digital Data" within the framework of the method of processing and protecting digital data from the use of the Information Resource/Website (hereinafter referred to as the "User"). By creating an account on the Site and confirming their Consent to the processing of digital data by continuing to register on the Site in any available way, as well as by any use of the Site (including without registration/authorization on the Site), the User (their legal representative) acknowledges that they have read, agree with the terms and accept the current Policy.
1.2. The terms that they do not use in this Policy are used in accordance with the definition established in the User Agreement.
1.3. The use of some sections of the Information Resource and some of its services involves the provision of financial data to the Operator by the User. In this case, the use of the Information Resource and its functionality will be possible for the User only with significant preliminary consultations with this Policy and expression of consent to the Policy. The User providing personal data to the Operator is considered to have expressed consent to the processing of his financial data in the manner established in this Policy.
1.4. In case of disagreement with this Policy, the User is obliged to stop using the information resource and its services that predict the provision of digital data to the Operator.
1.5. The Operator may make changes to this Policy at any time. The new version of the Policy shall enter into force from the moment the Policy is posted on the Site. The User is obliged to independently monitor the Policy updates on the Site.
1.6. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User may follow links available on the Site (if any). The relationship between the User and third parties to ensure the confidentiality of digital data provided by the User to a third party is regulated by the User and third parties independently.
1.7. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure that the Site complies with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data processing.
1.8. In case of disagreement with any terms of this Policy, the User of the Site (his/her legal representative) must stop using it and delete the account.
1.9. This Policy applies only to the Site. The Site Owner does not control and is not responsible for the Sites and third-party sites to which the Site User may follow links available on the Site.
2. LIST OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
2.1. By providing the Operator with their personal data, the User agrees to the Operator processing any and all personal data of the User that the User enters through the registration form on the Site or otherwise transfers to the Operator, as well as any and all personal data of the User that the Operator independently gains access to in connection with the User's use of the Information Resource, including without limitation:
(i) last name, first name, patronymic;
(ii) email address, contact telephone number, address for sending correspondence;
(iii) information about professional activities: job title, name of the organization within which the User carries out professional activities, etc.;
(iv) login and password for access to the Personal Account (to the User's individual interactive web page on the Site);
(v) information about the contact person (if the User intends to interact with the Operator through his/her contact person);
(vi) information about the IP address of the device and the program with which the User accesses the Information Resource, as well as cookie files, the history of all User actions on the Site, information about the browser (or other program with which the Site is accessed); access time; page address; referrer (address of the previous page); geodata.
2.2. The Site Owner uses web analytics services, an Internet counter (such as Yandex.Metrica; tns-counter.ru) in order to analyze user activity using cookies, evaluate the use of the Site by Users, and improve the Site. The User can disable cookies in the security settings of all browsers (on all devices). Refusal to use cookies or blocking cookies may result in the unavailability of some or all functions and/or sections of the Site, and may also affect the User's ability to fully use the Site. The services specified in this paragraph transmit information about sessions, visits, visits, views to the Site Owner.
2.3. In case of detection of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the Operator's e-mail address rbproductionru@gmail.com with the subject line "Update of personal data".
3. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
3.1. The Operator processes only the personal data that is necessary for the User to use the Information Resource and its functionality in accordance with the User Agreement.
3.2. The Operator processes the User's personal data for the following purposes:
(i) identification (confirmation of identity) of the User;
(ii) provision of services to the User by the Operator, including providing the User with personalized access to the Information Resource and its functionality;
(iii) interaction with the User, including sending him/her advertising and informational messages (about personal offers, etc.), notifications, requests, and other messages;
4. METHODS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
4.1. By providing the Operator with their personal data, the User gives the Operator consent to process their personal data in any way, with or without the use of automation tools, including but not limited to: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the User's personal data.
5. PERIOD OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
5.1. The Operator processes the User's personal data for the duration of the User's account created during the User's registration procedure on the Site.
6. REVOCATION OF CONSENT TO PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
6.1. The User has the right to revoke consent to the processing of personal data at any time. To revoke consent to the processing of personal data, the User sends the Operator a written notice of the revocation of consent at the address of the Operator's location. From the moment of receipt of such notification, the Operator shall cease processing the User's personal data, except for cases where the law allows the processing of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data. Termination of the processing of the User's personal data will result in the unavailability of some sections and services of the Information Resource to the User.
7. INFORMATION ON THE IMPLEMENTED REQUIREMENTS TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
7.1. When processing personal data, the Operator is guided by the Federal Law "On Personal Data" No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, as well as other current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
7.2. The protection of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured by the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with the requirements of the legislation on personal data. The measures applied to ensure the protection of personal data and their compliance with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data processing, this Policy and the Operator's local regulations regarding the processing of personal data are monitored.
8. OTHER PROVISIONS
8.1. This Policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.2. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Policy shall be considered in the state court of the Russian Federation in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.3. This Policy is approved in Russian. For informational purposes, this Policy may be translated into English. In the event of discrepancies between the Russian and English versions of the text of the Policy, the text in Russian shall prevail.
